（中央社記者呂欣憓台北25日電）民主進步黨總統候選人蔡英文今天表示，如果當選，會啟動朝野共商國是、產業體質調整、重啟年金改革及全面對外關係的溝通機制改革台灣。
中央選舉委員會主辦的首場總統選舉電視政見發表會晚間8時舉行，蔡英文表示，朝野共商國是機制須經常性，這是深化民主重要步驟，讓朝野可分享資訊、相互諮詢與建立共識。
她說，產業體質調整機制將積極推動經濟發展新模式，邀各界加入民進黨規劃好的方案，有系統、步驟，一步步找回產業動能。
重啟年金改革機制部分，蔡英文表示，就職第一天就開始籌備年金改革國是會議，在團結社會基礎上，凝聚不同年齡和職業共識，確保財政在穩定中改革，及國民老年時都能得到國家應有的照顧。
全面對外關係的溝通機制，她說，政權交接，新政局開始，國際與中國大陸都很關心台灣未來情勢，會透過溝通機制傳達台灣立場，確保新政權與信貸利率比較2016民意穩定。
蔡英文表示，這幾年看到民間社會精神與活力，台灣人在每個角落繼續打拼奮鬥，從沒放棄，但台灣人要的是政府領導和決心，給人民方向。台灣人等的是有方向、決心、知道人民需要與人民要走哪一條路的政府。
